*Advanced Clinical Massage is a revolutionary approach to massage, it's wonderfully relaxing for the mind and body yet at the same time super effective. To directly address pain conditions it uses a variety of treatment methods taken from cultures around the world: 

• Ancient Eastern techniques such as Amma and Acupressure work to balance your energy (or Qi/Chi) by removing blocks or areas of stagnated flow and encouraging energy back into areas that most need it.

• Western techniques such as deep tissue massage, trigger point therapy, myofascial release and advanced sports stretching allow me to directly locate and treat muscles that are contributing to your pain condition.

from my initial year of intensive training in Swedish Massage, many years of invaluable experience of using these skills, a year of studying advanced clinical massage (specifically targeting and treating chronic and unexplained pain conditions) and even more recent in-depth learning of Myofascial release to further enhance the skills I can use to help people
